TERMS OF CONTRACT

TIME OF USAGE

  1. Booking per day: 8.00a.m. – 5.00 p.m. for Seminars/corporate functions
  2. Wedding Reception: 10.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m.
  3. Other events shall be accepted based on the agreed time of Hall usage
  4. Functions beyond normal time shall attract a surcharge, as follows:
  5. One hour after the agreed time – 10%
  6. Two hours after the agreed time –  15%
  7. Four hours after the agreed time – 25%
  8. Six hours after the agreed time –  50%

 TERMS OF CONTRACT

  1. Unconfirmed reservations are valid for only 2 weeks
  2. Only bookings backed up with a 25% deposit will be reserved.
  3. All bookings are expected to be fully paid for at least two weeks before the event.
  4. The following charges would apply in the event of cancellation:
    1. Eight weeks before the function: 10% of the amount paid
    2. Seven weeks 15% of the amount paid
    3. Six weeks 20% of the amount paid
    4. Four weeks: 25% of the amount paid
    5. Three weeks to two weeks: 30% of the amount paid
    6. One week: 50% of the amount paid
    7. Less than one week: NO REFUND
    8. For 1-7 above, a request for a refund shall be made in writing and addressed to the Director-General, NECA, accompanied by evidence of payment.

PROPERTIES OF CUSTOMERS

We want to assure you of your security and safety in NECA.  However, we urge you to, please, take care of your personal effects because NECA House Events Centre will not be liable for the loss of customers’ items or of its Guest(s) / Visitor(s), before / during / after the usage of its facilities or on its premises or within the precinct of the NECA House.
