1. Rates are inclusive of Consumption Tax & VAT 2. A date is considered booked when 60% of the agreed rate is made.

Penalties

Below are the penalties for change of date and cancellation. Kindly note that the specified percentage will be deducted.

Refundable Caution Fee

This is a cash collected from vendors (Decorators & Caterers) before their setup. The caution fee is expected to be returned back to the vendors a minimum of three days after their event. The intentions are to guard against damages of facility and equipment, encourage teardown/dismantling immediately after event, maintain a clean surrounding during events and prompt clearing and moving out of all items immediately after events from the premises, please note that there will be no refund for defaulters.

Properties of Customers

We want to assure you of your security and safety in NECA. However, we urge you to, please, take care of your personal effects because NECA House Events Centre will not be liable for the loss of customers’ items or of its Guest(s) / Visitor(s), before / during / after the usage of its facilities or on its premises or within the precinct of the NECA House.

Important Note: Our Vendors Refundable Caution Fee Policy will be provided upon confirmation of the event.
